![]() ESKA water comes from rain and snow which trickle slowly through layers of rock, sand and gravel deposited during the last ice age. This natural water purifier leads to a vast, subterranean aquifer the esker. ESKA water is a renewable resource, replenished continuously with each shower and snowfall. |
![]() At St-Mathieu, it takes more than 15 years for water to filter down to a pristine, clay-lined natural glacial aquifer. The result of this natural filtration process is water in the esker that is microbiologically pure, low in minerals, and consistently chilled to a refreshingly crisp 5 °C, a temperature too cold for any bacteria to exist. |
